John Boyd Smith is an award-winning Artist Blacksmith  and Sculptural Metalsmith. For the past 35 years his hand-forged artistic metalwork can be found adorning high-end private residences and luxury hotels across America. Mr. Smith mastered his blacksmithing craft in Savannah, GA, where he was well-known as the premier metalsmith for over 25 years. His custom wrought-ironwork includes gates, railings, chandeliers, furniture and lamps, fire screens and fire tool sets, and other decorative and sculptured items. John’s passion is the coastal-style, nature-themed decorative metalwork for which he is best known.
